- Renamed `DeleteMessageReactionAsync` to `DeleteCurrentUserMessageReactionAsync`. - Renamed overload `DeleteMessageReactionAsync` to `DeleteUserMessageReactionAsync`. - Updated `DeleteAllMessageReactionsAsync` to `DeleteAllMessageReactionsForEmojiAsync` with an emoji parameter in the request URL.
